Christmas Parade with Friends...

Tonight my family attended the city Christmas Parade. I have a few pictures I will share with you. Sorry they are not of the best quality, but I took them with my cell phone at night. Our girls had a good time while catching plenty of candy from those in the parade. It would not be a parade until Santa Claus came, and he finally arrived riding on top of a fire truck much to the excitement of every kid in attendance.

There were a lot of kids out there. Santa has his work cut out delivering all those toys each and every year.

Before the parade we went over to John and Angel Ciesla's house. They had chili, cookies, hot chocolate, etc. We appreciated their hospitality and got to see a lot of people we knew. It was very nice of them to offer their home as a meeting place for everyone. Their home was right on the parade route and it made for a great place to watch. Again, thanks for the hospitality shown to us tonight.

It was good seeing Jessie Winters, Mike Francis, Nelson Brock, and Jeb Baldwin tonight at the parade. We had a lot of good laughs.

Do yourself a favor...take your kids to a Christmas parade. You will make memories they will never forget.

The parade was great! The food, fun and fellowship was awesome. Those are the kind of things that make lasting memories of the Christmas holiday. I especially like the additional fire engine sound effects we were adding to the parade, it made it that much more enjoyable!

Yes, the fire engine sound effects were the best. Hey, it may scare the kids a little - but it delights the adult male. I think it is worth it.
