Freezing rain, sleet, and spitting snow...

I stuck my head outside just a few minutes ago...it is bitter cold! Kelley made some chili and that warmed me up a little bit tonight.

Tonight I did what everyone else does when there is a hint of snow...I went to the grocery store. Why do we run to stores and buy close to 10 days of groceries when there is a hint of snow? I know tonight I overbought.

I wanted to send in a weather picture to one of our local television stations tonight, but I just do not have enough ice or snow to take pictures. That is my goal - to get one of my pictures mentioned during the evening news on television.

Well, I better get off here. I feel like falling asleep at the keyboard.
